Infrastructure and Services Manager is responsible for overall company IT infrastructure, Security, System Architecture, and IT services ensuring availability of systems support business operation and manage services meet SLA.
 

Job Description

• Ensure computer systems, networks and practices with IT compliance and law
• Maintain secure, stable and robust data center and network services
• Manage system, storage and network
• Maintain user support and IT services
• Manage incident and problem management hardware or software faults
• Provide support, troubleshooting and administration of all VMWare, Windows, Linux, Unix Storage systems and others
• Design and manage company IT Architecture
• Handle multi-tasks and adapt to changing situations, ad-hoc projects and varying workloads to accommodate the needs of the business

Qualifications

• More than 7 years of IT Infrastructure experience
• Knowledge in IT data center operation process, security, governance, and management vendors
• Solid IT operation management skills
• Has experience in IT architecture design and management
• Knowledge in SAP BASIS is a plus
• Excellent analytical and infrastructure implementation skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including facilitation and negotiation skills
