Manage the full recruitment cycle; from getting requirements, job postings, screening, interviewing using behavioral based methodology, making an offer and getting the successful candidates onboard.
Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy such as manpower planning and control. Initiate and implementing effective/innovative recruitment strategies and process. (Including recruitment channels, campus visit, employer branding, internship etc.)
Assist in interview arrangement by (1) scheduling with candidates, (2) sending calendar invitation to interviewers, (3) and escorting candidates on the day of interview; including maintain good relationship with candidates for future opportunities.
Organize and administrate applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment data. Ensure that candidate's data is kept in an appropriate manner and complied with rules/regulations.
Compile weekly/monthly recruitment report and submit to management as requested. Report to management in case of abnormalities.
Collaborate with the team to continue improve the recruitment process.
HR Business Partner
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
5-7 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, HR Business Partner preferably from FMCG or related industry
Experienced in sourcing through various channels; including job boards, job fair, campus visit
Experience in headhunting and/or sourcing through LinkedIn in an advantageous
Hands-on experience in HR Business Partner , HRIS and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Sound knowledge in labor laws
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Good attitude towards team work and able to work independently
Good command in spoken and written English
Effective skills in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
