Group Brand Manager will lead and co-develop brand with Head of Brand Building in the setting of marketing strategic plan, brand activation, brand communication to drive brand growth.
Responsibilities
MARKETING STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
- Develop understanding of categories including market environment, core consumer needs, competitive environment and consumer insights to identify brand objective, brand opportunities, brand roadmap, growth drivers, and brand plan.
- Leverage the understanding to identify key brand drivers and to develop brand strategy to profitably grow the brand
BRAND ACTIVATION AND BRAND COMMUNICATION
- Develop insightful brand activations and integrated marketing communications aligned with brand proposition and brand strategies
Qualifications
- More than 10 years’ experience in brand marketing position, FMCG business (preferable in multinational company)
- Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Attentive to details, able to handle pressure
- Result-driven, innovative and passionate
- Good command of Thai and English
- Computer literate; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
