· Managing end to end payroll processes including preparing payroll calculations, computation to ensure efficiency (completeness and accuracy in timely manner).
· Preparing related to remuneration statutory and non-statutory reports timely: Tax (company/ employee), social security, provident fund, employment certificate etc.
· Monitoring and ensuring that payroll processes are comply with the company governance and statutory requirement
· Creating and supporting ad-hoc data and supplementary reports for management team.
· Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
· Maintaining and monitoring all employee database on HRIS.
· Taking the initiative to ensure that all responsible processes are of the excellent quality.
· Being a counterpart and working in partnership with HR Business Partner and HR Strategy Team.
· Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
